Posted on 23rd December, 2024

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to enhancing your hosting experience, we’re upgrading PHP versions across our Windows hosting packages. Starting January 6, 2025, older PHP versions will begin to be deprecated. New customers will only have access to PHP 8.2 or higher, while existing websites will remain on their current versions unless updated.

To help ensure the smoothest transition, we will implement soft upgrades starting February 3, 2025, followed by a mandatory upgrade to PHP 8.2 and higher by March 3, 2025.

Why Upgrade to PHP 8.3?

Upgrading to PHP 8.3 provides significant benefits, including:

  • Performance Enhancements: Faster and more efficient web applications improve response times and the overall user experience.
  • Stronger Security: Stay protected with the latest security patches to safeguard your site from vulnerabilities.
  • Bug Fixes: Resolved issues from older PHP versions ensure smoother operation and reliability.
