I would like to give feedback regarding call to hostgator executive dated August 4, 2014 named Deekshith.C

The executive helped with setting of gmail access settings in osticket client. Although still need to get back to osticket people to know why tickets sent to gmail are not converted to tickets, Mr. Deekshith did a wonderful job in helping as much as was possible.
